Even though I have done so plenty of times, it's always interesting to try and explain US Healthcare system horrors to anyone from any other country. Like even if it's a country that has ZERO socialized medicine, it's just cash pay or charity pay, they're still horrified at our system. Like that hospitals charge 10x as much to cash pay a procedure than if someone has insurance.

I'd probably use my Linux laptop more if I didn't have to type in a 25 character password every damn time. Windows and Mac are eating our LUNCH on biometric or pin unlocks.

I've long since resigned myself to the fact that very likely nothing I say online is actually original. I drink from the same extremely online fire hoses as many others, and mix them up in similar ways and come to parallel conclusions 🤷‍♀️ Oh well, everything is new to someone or maybe they like my mixture better.
