In Tucson, Arizona, 60-year-old Roger Wallace was fatally struck in the chest by his own six-pound model aircraft. While flying the five-foot wingspan plane at the Pima County Fairgrounds, he lost sight of it in the bright sunlight. The plane veered back and hit him, causing internal injuries that proved fatal.
