China had a lot of traffic issues in the past. I'm not sure if they still do. Some Indian cities face similar problems. These problems have been reduced, with better public transport and more flyovers, highways, ring roads etc.

There are 25 CTV transactions on signet. At least ~10 are mine. It won't be wrong to assume that **most** people who are for and against CTV, never even tried to experiment with it.
