If the Hubble Telescope can take High Definition images of stars, galaxies, and planets that are 13 billion light-years away… Then why does NASA say that they are unable to zoom in on the American flag on the moon because it’s “too small” ??

If there are over 12,000 satellites in orbit… how come we never see any during the space walks or on any ISS footage?? Also, how is the ISS traveling at over 17,000 mph?? Someone please help me understand this…
