A liberal Maryland federal judge has ordered the release of suspected human trafficker and Salvadoran national Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The illegal migrant has been in immigration custody since he was ordered to be transported back to the US from El Salvador.
D.C. (Dec. 10) — A leftist protester threatens and harasses National Guard troops near Union Station, accusing them of following unlawful orders. The harassment comes less than two weeks after two troops were ambushed in the capital.
.@Timcast speaks about why he did not turn over security video of the incident to the local sheriff’s office who requested it for their investigation: https://hell.twtr.plus/media/bc9a32dcad28636f65d945afbd117ec6a50fdd4340fd6c163bac62be7c40252a.file
Meanwhile, leftists are planning their next attack.
Leftists plan, carry out and celebrate killings of political targets on the right. Never allow yourself to lose sight of that no matter how many podcasts you listen to. https://hell.twtr.plus/media/3ad639a3f684fe0fbe49f8ac7314caacf2aeb101ade01f9435bd0eabad40ed5b.file
Tucker, the investigation has been headed by the Utah Office of Public Safety. And they did tell us what allegedly happened in the criminal complaint once the suspect was apprehended. Since that moment, the case has been in the pre-trial phase. Given the extraordinarily public interest in the state case (not federal) and the need to protect the accused’s right to a fair trial, a Utah County judge has issued a gag order on prosecutors, counsel, witnesses and investigators. Even if the FBI wanted to share what it knows, which by policy it can’t on open investigations, it cannot now because of the order. People want information on high-profile cases, but judges who fail to protect the integrity of the court process risks seeing a case devolve into an out of control circus. I hope people didn’t forget how that happened to Derek Chauvin and others. It can bias a jury pool or even cause mistrials. I do hope that for the sake of the country, if Tyler Robinson goes to trial, the judge will allow it to be recorded.
I spoke with @Timcast to inquire about the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office saying in its press release that the owner of the residence did not want the video(s) turned over to an investigator. Tim Pool told me his security team advised him that the video, if publicly released, would compromise the property's security. Mr Pool showed me several video angles of the incident, which he said occurred around 12:07 a.m. on Dec. 6. One video angle shows a bright flash reflecting off a plastic sheet on the property as a loud pop is heard. Another video shows the sedan driving slowly by.
