Chad "Charly" Mecca was quickly released from custody by Posen Police in Illinois. He's only cited with trespass and obstruction. Mecca has been telling the media he is the "best friend" of the 23-year-old woman, and they both feared her court-ordered group home wouldn't allow him to visit her.
