FBI Portland said that on October 14, John Paul Cupp threatened to kill federal agents, sexually assault their wives, and harm their children.
"I’m going to have your head on a stick and mail it to your wife. And then I’m going to f—k her brains out in front of it" The federal threat case against Portland Muslim-Antifa rioter John Paul Cupp, aka "Walid," was investigated by an FBI agent in the Joint Terrorism Task Force. Cupp posted repeatedly about wanting to kill Jews and wanting to inspire fellow comrades to carry out direct actions to kill federal law enforcement and troops if they were deployed to Portland. He has repeatedly threatened violence against federal agents outside the ICE facility. In April, a judge in Clackamas County signed a restraining order against him, preventing contact with his wife or children. His wife alleged he threatened to kill her and harm others if she did not take him back. He left the family home and became homeless before joining the Antifa riots in Portland. The federal criminal complaint also highlights some of my prior reporting about Cupp's violent extremism.
