Reviewing "hours" of footage from protests and riots that have been occurring since June is not a thorough investigation. "No evidence of what could be termed a coordinated assault"? What do you call it when dozens of people in June, with their faces covered, threw explosives at the building and then used battering rams to try to smash their way into the building?
