On Oct. 26, Portland Police arrested two people outside the ICE facility. The pavement near the building had been cleared of the Antifa encampment but some people, both for and against the U.S. government, showed up. Jeremy W. Roberts, a pro-Trump streamer from Lebanon, Ore., was arrested. Anthony D. Whipple, 31, of Corvallis, was also arrested. Both are accused of criminal harassment, though given recent actions by the DA, the cases will likely be dropped. The PPB seem to make arrests only to remove specific people from the scene.
