Another Trantifa has been federally charged for an attack at the ICE facility in Portland. Samuel A. Westcott, a 19-year-old female from Hillsboro, Ore., has been charged with felony assault of a federal officer. Westcott allegedly resisted arrest and kicked an officer in the groin and thigh multiple times to try to escape on Oct. 12.
