What the gold market tells me about Bitcoin: - you can have the right view but just be too early: I invested in gold in 2020 and 2021 alongside bitcoin back when Zoltan Pozsar toured podcasts. For 2-3 years, not much happened. - diminishing returns do not apply to hard assets. - momentum beats rationality in the 1-5 year frame: see the silver - market structure beats market cap: when everyone has 2-5% gold exposure and believes in it, they won’t sell when it doubles or triples. But when crypto degens make 100% gain in 1 year, they flood the market with stop losses - payment capability is irrelevant to price, or else: price is determined by stock, not flow

This makes you high if you‘re not and if you are it makes you double as high
When will bitcoiners admit they elected the wrong guy? All this rationalizing of pure madness, it’s quite embarrassing!
If you’re overly anxious about price, just do a candy flip at a fucked up rave and you’ll feel very relaxed about it, trust me
I’ve always thought we wouldn’t succeed unless we totally separate from shitcoins. Based on this order, that will happen. The executive order is the final death blow to shitcoins and I’m quite happy we’ve achieved that
As a huge tea nerd, I’m planning to travel Taiwan to source the best oolong teas. Maybe I should start an import business based on direct bitcoin payments to local farmers. @Giacomo Zucco and planB have already planted the seeds there.
I'm drinking a 2007 aged Sheng Pu-Err tea from the deep mountains of Yunnan. Life is mysterious with this tea, full of wonder. In the depth of my insecurities, I cherish this moment, hopeful of future days
