curious how component libraries that don’t have primitives for concurrent rendering (like useTransition, useDeferredValue, Suspense) will approach declarative ViewTransitions. how do you express in code that you want some state updates to be long-running and async, but others can interrupt them?
i think every react developer should read htmx essays. i don’t particularly like their solution but they’re great at articulating the problems RE:

what's the relationship between Lives and Videos on youtube? do some people only post Lives? do Lives show up on the channel homepage? can you do a Live and then cut it down into a Video? in that case, is the Video a separate entity?
i’m considering doing some youtube. has anyone tried that
remember when google chrome tried to get everyone to use amp. the damn carousel. what a time
whenever i wake up from construction noise i like to imagine sort of a surrealistic movie scene in which the construction workers are having fun intentionally making the most ridiculous noises by hitting random objects together
