yeah big fat +1 to this. bluesky does *offer* a twitter-like API you can just hit, but that’s just a facade for the network that *you* can crawl right now. obviously it’s not impossible to just cut off that ecosystem from bsky dot app (and irreversibly lose goodwill) but it’s very different already.
