still sound like it’s comin soon yea
you can tell i just finished ZATAOMM! first tried reading it 10 years ago and got distracted halfway. glad i revisited it — and now honestly i loved it. feels like a techbro cliche to like it, then realized it’s not even a cliche anymore due to the vibeshift, i haven’t heard it mentioned for years RE: View quoted note →
“editing” code seems like a wrong metaphor. more involved changes tend to require some disassembly first and then some reassembly. it is unintuitive because the coding medium *seems* to always be directly accessible. but try treating it more like a physical mechanism and see what happens

ios needs an opt-in adhd accessibility option to treat calendar alerts as alarms. i’m serious, it’s ridiculous that the only way to not forget things is to manually adjust a single alarm throughout the day every day because the notifications are unreliable (affected by silent mode and focus mode)
i’m pumped for next conf. i know it’s cool to hate on next and vercel these days but they’re cooking genuinely interesting stuff and i trust with time they’ll get it right
hello from a meetup in tokyo
shoutout to @mary🐇 for the threaded composer PR — didn’t end up using the code and didn’t quite get to actually implementing threads yet, but it served aa a super helpful reference for untangling our composer state management. i feel really good about where it is with [github.com/bluesky-soci...]( ) [Move remaining composer state ...]( )
