In 2018, Israel murdered Yasser Murtaja & claimed he was a "Hamas security operative." They released pics of him & screenshots of tweets to justify this claim (just like Anas now). Then we learned Hamas had once arrested & beaten Murtaja & he received money from USAID for his media company after passing a process of extreme vetting that showed he had nothing to do with Hamas. When Israel was caught lying conclusively, they took a step back & promised to investigate his killing. We never heard anything since about the story for 7 years!
