Architectural Uprising Australia shares visualizations of a 1911 plan for the city of Canberra by Ernest Gimson (1864-1919). Obviously they went with something different in the end. It wouldn't be difficult to build this somewhere else in Australia or abroad (New Zealand, Orania, South Africa, California, Texas, Oklahoma etc.). All plans and designs survive in archives.
