I get so many spam/scam texts that I sometimes am REALLY tempted to respond: "liar liar scam on fire." One just claimed I had talked to them previously about business financing. I have never talked to anyone ever about business financing.

Nothing like a group chat 1st thing upon waking reminding you that you haven't had a beach vacation in over a decade. "Leave this conversation" should include the 3 person group texts. I didn't opt in so why must there be 4 people in order to opt out? Time to give "hide alerts" a try.

Extra tired. I think I figured out the compromise to not doing some Mother’s Day dinner at an overcrowded restaurant where I will inevitably end up sick was to offer to bring cocktails to their patio post dinner. I think I don’t end up sick after 🥃 events because I don’t stay in one place long.

I finally bit the bullet and bought some hardware (door & drawer handles) for furniture that's been missing them for ... 6 years with us but missing before I bought them. Time has no meaning ...

My fiber internet install from 2020 failed yesterday. Turned out it may have been spiked by a pole climber or chewed by a 🐿️ & had a # of other things questionable about it so we have new fiber. Now I cross my fingers that no one mows over it before the line is buried.

I think I have this thought once each year: - what posses parents of teenagers to put a photo of their kid on their front lawn for graduation? This tells strangers exactly where your kid lives and what they look like. Just search graduation yard signs - it's a thing.
