Not really sure why so many bitcoiners are theorizing and and price pumping that Trump is going to announce a "strategic bitcoin reserve" at the conference.
To me it doesn't make sense for a ruler to even think about showing this card if they truly intended to play it.
Maybe the Bitcoin affect is so great that it gets to rulers at an inopportune time, clouding their logical judgement.
I find it unlikely.
Fingers crossed for a bigger paycheck next week;)
