#Norway: Yet another man charged in serious crimes against women identifies as woman (after charges are filed). ROPD : Rapid Onset Prison Dysphoria "A man has been charged with aggravated human trafficking in Norway. Prosecutors say several of the victims have intellectual disabilities and were exploited over a four-year period (2020–2024). The indictment includes forced prostitution, sexual abuse, coercion, fraud, and the resale of victims to other men. The accused allegedly filmed abuse and posted videos online, which became key evidence. The case will be heard in Nord-Troms og Senja District Court in January and is scheduled to last three weeks. The defendant denies all charges. The defendant now claims a female gender identity and is being referred to as “she” in court. Both prosecution and defence confirm that the legal change of sex occurred in advance of the criminal proceedings. Norway is becoming a safe haven for men accused of the most extreme sexual violence against women. Not because the crimes are minor — but because identity is now treated as mitigation. Defence lawyers recast accused rapists and traffickers as vulnerable due to their so called "identity problems" , while the real victims vanish from view.
