Magnus Hirschfeld had a collection of human penises, championed drag, promoted prostitution of young boys and teaching masturbation to chilren and he performed sex change experiments that mutilated and killed his mentally ill patients. In 1931 a man's body rejectd a uterus that Hirschfeld had implanted in him. He should be remembered like Doctor Mengle.
Magnus Hirschfeld was a racist, self hating gay eugenicist who helped create "Gender Affirming Care." TRAs have whitewashed his racist eugenicist beliefs. He continued to preach eugenics when he came to America.

"Trans Medicine" hero Hirschfeld’s was anti-black, racist and sexist, supported eugenics and believed that men were generally smarter than women. Hirshchfeld held the common Nazi belief that “primitive peoples” have smaller brain sizes than Aryans. He was racist against Black people in particular.

"In 1931 Hirschfeld went to the US to meet Paul Popenoe and Ezra Gosney, fellow champions of sterilisation for the “feeble-minded”. He was greeted “like an old friend…we have studied for 25 years”. Both just happened to be vicious racists and white supremacists.
Hirschfield praised them as being in “the vanguard of improving humanity by sterilising unfit men and women”. Their research was to provide the model for the introduction of the Nazis’ compulsory sterilisation program just two years later in 1933."
"Hirschfeld’s 1908 work, On Sexology, advocates avoiding marrying ‘undesirable types’, from the disabled to those with criminals in their families. "One shrinks from marrying a disabled dwarf or someone whose father is at the penitentiary or the madhouse’, he wrote, ‘and one does so rightly, because only if we marry the healthiest, well-shaped, most intelligent and well-mannered ones, will we help to ennoble the race’."

He was also meeting with fellow eugenicists. In California, he met up with racists like Paul Popenoe and Ezra Gosney, who, like Hirschfeld, advocated sterilisation for the ‘feeble-minded’. Indeed, they played key roles in creating California’s involuntary-sterilisation laws in 1909, which were later used as models for Nazi Germany’s own harsher sterilisation laws. "Hirschfeld’s eugenicist beliefs, and the extent to which they were entwined with the earliest forms of ‘gender-affirming surgery’, have escaped the scrutiny they deserve, perhaps because he is largely now thought of as a victim of the Nazis. Indeed, much has been made of the raid on Hirschfeld’s Institute for Sexual Research on 6 May 1933, and the subsequent book-burning that took place." (Sargeant)
