I hear people say I'm waiting for prices to go down.
I can guarantee prices will never go back down. In fact, they only go up.
If you're in your 30's, 40's 50's, etc ask yourself have you seen prices go down. You can ask your parents and grandparents the same question. I guarantee prices only go up.
