I don’t use mass blocklists for the same reason I would never use an AI to sing a lullaby to my child. Some things just deserve the personal touch so someone knows you were thinking about them.
I was on three podcasts this week and I only made a dildo-related analogy on one of them. I feel this means the week was on balance a success and I deserve a second drink tonight.
“Further pressed by reporters, House Speaker Mike Johnson lashed out angrily. ‘Why are you so intent on publicizing lurid accounts of underaged girls being sexually traumatized?’ he shouted. ‘Are you some kind of pedophile who gets off on that stuff? No normal person should want to read this.’”
The real weirdos are always super-invested in being high-IQ. It’s a huge part of their self-image.
I’ve known a lot of smart people, good and bad. I’ve never met a person whose entire identity was “high IQ” who wasn’t a completely insufferable douche.
RE:
Apparently Trump just announced he is unilaterally ending birthright citizenship.
I would have ridiculed it as preposterous a few years ago.
Now? Well, watch the Federalist Society start holding seminars on why he’s right, and I am not confident this Supreme Court will disagree.
I am always interested in language and learning new terminology so I appreciate Trump supporters reacting to the piece I wrote yesterday by writing me to introduce me to new ethnic slurs for my children with which I was not previously familiar.
Meanwhile there’s a massive phishing scam launched today imitating the federal court document filing system. It’s apparently hitting all over the country.
