We are all responsible for our own emotions, learning and growing. It's great to get help and support from others, but we ultimately must do it on our own. Make sure you get help from people who actually support your growth and definitely make sure you're investing in people who actually want to grow. Some people simply have no interest in it and that's ok. You may want to limit time with them though, they will definitely slow your progress.
