You couldn't make me touch the substance of this thread with Inspector Gadget extendo-arms, but PSA, Bsky already has "prioritize replies by people I follow" in Settings > Thread Preferences + reply controls for every post you make that you can change after the fact. The tooling's pretty good.

The more up-to-date estimate on this (Dec. 2022) from Williams is 267,000 trans people enrolled in Medicaid, about 164,000 of whom had access to gender-affirming care in their state Medicaid programs in 2022 and another 74,000 with ambiguous access.
