I was away from Mastodon this afternoon but from what I can gather scrolling back through the timeline I’m getting the sense the new Pope may be from Chicago.

Next week we're starting a process at work of 360-degree reviews, where you ask everybody you know to fill out a survey on how well you're doing your job. As an introvert with anxiety who obsessively reviews the most trivial social interactions to figure out if I screwed them up I could not be more excited to embark on this new adventure.
