According to Azerbaijani outlet, Caliber, Baku is still demanding an official apology from Russia's President Putin over the AZAL plane crash. Azerbaijan says the delay in the apology is severely impacting the diplomatic relations between the two countries. Caliber claims the second reason is over the recent major hackings of Azerbaijani government sites and outlets, which began displaying IRGC-backed group logos. Baku's investigation concluded that the hacking originated from Russia.
