If you learn anything today, it should be this: We're burning more fossil fuels and releasing more fossil fuel CO₂ than ever. Despite what people had hoped, anthropogenic CO₂ emissions have not peaked. To stay below +1.5°C of global warming, we're supposed to cut emissions by 50% by 2030. 🥲 RE:
