This morning's run to start the day. "Keep running so death can't catch up" Mr Adams (my high school coach) I amit I only started running again last year, for the first time in 15 years. In the past I've have searing arch pain from flat feet, bad knees, lower back pain. Back then I switched to low impact activities like swimming, cycling and yoga to strengthen my legs, core and back. Then over the last 10 year steady strength training in the gym with 5 mins warm up on treadmills. Last August I stopped eating breakfast, switch to more animal based diet, cut sugar and alot of carbs. I dropped 15 lbs since last Aug. Last week I did 9.3kms in an hr. A personal best. Your body can come back from pain and do amazing things you never thought possible. Keep your eye on the outcomes you're trying to achieve, believe in yourself and put in the work.
