In addition, it should be recognized, to at least temper the bravado a bit, that the wallets belonging to the U.S. government actually have only 112K BTC or maybe even less. Since 95K BTC belong to the Bitfinex exchange and will be returned to its customers. Thus, neither 207K BTC nor 220K BTC, which are usually indicated by many experts and news sites, the U.S. does not have anything close to that. And if this is true, it means that there is no talk about any leadership of the U.S. in the global crypto-reserves race.
