10! is a rep scheme called 10 factorial. It’s 10-9-8….3-2-1 and it’s a great way to implement a 10 round workout. We did 10! Kettlebell swings and 100M Run. We also did it with dumbbell thrusters and 100M run. Those were fun workouts. Find a way to make working out fun!
