i am decluttering because i can't move my entire basement to Florida and as part of the process i am throwing out all my music CDs of which there are many ...
if my fellow audiophiles learned about this they would probably be horrified but to them this hobby is a matter of fetishism and signaling while to me it is about engineering ...
using Spotify as a source instead of CDs won't affect my ability to design speakers in any way ...
now actually there IS ( or was ) a high frequency rolloff with streaming around 16 khz or so ... but Spotify is moving to lossless now ...
and even if they didn't 90% of audiophiles can't hear those frequencies anyway - they just pretend they can.
it looks like my only options for a tenant are chubby girls
all the fit girls only want to room with other hoes so they can all go out together
nobody wants to be friends with the chubby ones so they are forced to look for a room on their own
but my fear with the chubby ones is they may bring NIGGERS home !
i don't suppose i can tell them that the condition for them renting the room is NO NIGGERS ! ! !

namely we got my mother a car so this clears the path for me to take my car to Florida ( which my mother was using on the weekends until now ) and at that point once my car is in Florida i will be officially Florida Man ...

honestly something is wrong with almost every person looking to rent a room.
the only ones who i wouldn't mind renting to all specify that they only want to share a home with other women with a maximum age of about 2 or 3 years above their own.
so like a 23 year old chick that is hot will only share with other chicks not older than 25.
and frankly if i am a male in mid 40s and some 18 year old chick says she will share a house with a male of any age i need to be very worried because no 18 year old girl would agree to this unless there was some ulterior motive ...
some of these fuckable women who are willing to share with a man offer ridiculously low rent like $300 / month in which case you can at least hope that they simply have no money and thus no choice who to share a home with but then you have to ask yourself - why would a fuckable woman have no money ? there is a 90% chance that she is either mentally ill or a drug addict.
people don't just end up without money for no reason. there has to be some deeper issue and being broke is merely a symptom of this underlying problem.
i guess what i am saying is this search for a tenant is looking bleak but i haven't lost hope yet.
i have so far only contacted one person. but she has left me on read and instead removed her listing ...
