i just assumed driving the truck myself would be cheaper but i failed to consider that what i will be paying for the truck rental is probably going to be 4X what the truck costs the moving company
in fact i did have a quote from the moving company that was lower than what it will cost me to do the move myself, but i refused to believe them - i said they must be scammers
whatever ... paying movers is for software engineers like @HERMETICVM not Russians like me !
i mean where does it stop ? then you have to pay a cleaning lady to clean your place, then you have to pay a chef to cook for you, a security guard to protect you, an escort to blow you etc.

i know this is the right way to do it - i wish i was raised that way. i wish i was raised with a focus on making money and then just paying for everything. but unfortunately i was raised in a communist Soviet Union where money was not a thing and we did everything ourselves.
you have no idea how hard that momentum is to change. your whole mind works a certain way and fights you anytime you try to turn it around. i wish i was raised on values of hard work etc. but i was raised on Soviet Russian values of avoiding work. in USSR you could not make money by working - only by stealing.
i simply could not comprehend the concept of hard work. it was as incomprehensible to me as trans-sexuals are to a nun. it was a completely alien culture. Americans bragging about how hard they work and me thinking - why are they so proud of being retarded ?
but yeah if i could do life over i would have applied myself, focused on money and then just paid lower life forms to wipe my ass for me.
but it's too late for that.
now it's time to drive the 22 foot Penske loaded to about 20,000 lbs weight.
