My case was stated that no one contacted me so it was closed. I contacted them and they couldn’t help with the emergency cash for disability while I work with the Social Security office. Food assistance comes with disability. I’m waiting for a phone interview. I didn’t know it was closed, blah blah blah so now I’m sitting and waiting and had to fill everything out again. Not fun.
