A friend wrote to me a few days ago that he'll return to Vienna and, in the most Austrian/German way, we established a "Termin" (appointment) for today to get drunk.
I made no secret to anyone, here or in real life, that I'm an immigrant. Dude, I don't get how people don't integrate! These people are so fucking warm! For example, now he wants to come with sausages and whatnot from the mountains, because he enjoys presenting me with his culture. But this is just a random example.
The thing is that I'm not limiting my "awe" to Austria, I've lived in quite a few countries. When I became a father, I was living in the Middle East. I will let you guess why I used to call Abdul "Heineken". And don't even think that my Arabic was more than crude, or that my German is better. My conclusion is that you're either a decent human being or a turd.
