6 September 1906 | A German Jew, Walter Hirsch, was born in Kempen. He lived in Berlin. In August 1942 he was deported to #Auschwitz. He did not survive.

6 September 1912 | A Polish woman, Maria Chowaniec, was born in Jędrzejów. An office worker. In #Auschwitz from 22 January 1943. No. 30664 She perished in the camp on 16 March 1943.

6 September 1933 | A Czech Jewish girl, Marie Borská, was born in Litomyšl. She was deported to #Auschwitz from Theresienstadt ghetto on 19 October 1944 and murdered in a gas chamber.

6 September 1898 | German Jewish woman, Hilde Strauss, was born in Adelsberg (today part of Chemnitz). She emigrated to Belgium and France. She was deported to #Auschwitz from Drancy on 17 August 1942. She did not survive.

6 September 1926 | Norwegian Jewish boy, Salomon Bohomolno, was born in Oslo. He was deported to #Auschwitz in November 1942. He arrived at the camp on 1 December 1942 and was murdered in a gas chamber after selection.

5 September 1887 | A Polish Jew, Abraham Bier, was born in Tarnów. In #Auschwitz from 5 May 1942. No. 34707 He perished in the camp on 23 May 1942.

5 September 1898 | A Pole, Antoni Stachyra, was born in Lublin. In #Auschwitz from 6 April 1941. No. 14757 He perished in the camp on 10 October 1941.

5 September 1935 | Dutch Jewish girl, Marlene Jacobs, was born in Enschede. She was deported to #Auschwitz from #Westerbork in February 1943. She was murdered in a gas chamber after selection.

5 September 1938 | A Polish Jewish boy, Jchiel Bela Tiszman, was born in Płońsk. In 1942 he was deported from the ghetto in Płońsk to #Auschwitz. He was murdered in a gas chamber.
