24 July 1943 | Pole Henryk Radomski (no. 14185) was shot in the washroom of Block 11 in Auschwitz I. He had been incarcerated in the bunker for 264 days after an escape attempt, during which a gun was found on him. The camp Gestapo tortured him to get information how he got the gun.
