1 June 1931 | A Polish Jewish girl, Mila Braunfeld, was born in Jordanów. She was deported to #Auschwitz from ghetto in Bochnia and murdered in a gas chamber on 31 August 1943.

1 June 1962 | After midnight Adolf Eichmann, whose task was to manage the logistics involved in the mass deportations of Jews to ghettos and extermination camps in German-occupied Europe, was executed in Israel. 1 June 1903 | Polish Jew Chun Grosshaus was born in Kolbuszowa. A printer. In #Auschwitz from 22 October 1941. No. 21885 He perished in the camp on 29 October 1941.

1 July 1924 | A Czech Jew, Jiří Reich, was born in Prague. He was deported to #Auschwitz from Theresienstadt Ghetto on 28 September 1944. He did not survive.

1 June 1931 | Dutch Jewish girl Leontine Juliette Susan was born in Amsterdam. In November 1943 she was deported to #Auschwitz and murdered in a gas chamber.
