Apparently it can take upto 12 weeks for rib fracture to heal. I have frozen my gym membership till Feb 1st. On Feb 2nd I am going swimming , hoping that rib fracture has healed by then. I donβt want the pain to become long term problem.
Traveling to Honolulu with husband and kids. Very worried if my rib fracture will act up. I wonβt swim, snorkel, or lift weights.
