When I was a kid, I hated having my birthday fall on the shortest day of the year. But then I grew up and realised it also meant I have my birthday on the longest night of the year, which is actually kind of cool.
Also the solstice vibe always made me feel super special, all spiritually, pagany witchy and stuff.
My man's cooking up a storm in the kitchen now, and I am fantasizing about my next blog post. Later the sofa and yeah ... ;)
