There’s some joy in the world! What a gift to see something good. I just watched Brazilian skateboarder Sandro Dias break THREE and possibly FOUR world records. He dropped in to a ramp at 65m high and clocked a speed of 59mph. Then, almost directly after, broke his own world record by dropping in from 70m. He’s giving a speech and crying. Speckter had seen one too many sentences ending with ?!. So he suggested that we generate a new punctuation character called “interrobang.” He wrote up his recommendation for the publication TYPEtalks.
