So the breakdown of getting #Nostr on #Bluesky via #Bridgy on #Mastodon: 1) Add the https://momostr.pink/ relay on Nostr 2) & then follow the "Bridgy Fed for Bluesky" account located on Mastodon (easiest link for me to just add but you should be able to search): & you end get something like: Takes a min for responses from Bluesky to show up on Nostr
Testing the nostr to mastodon to bluesky craziness
So can anyone explain the disparity of the number in the stats between apps on Nostr? Damus is showing 5 zaps and Primal is showing 20 zaps for example. (I’ve also gotten very used to writing in alt text for images and don’t see a way to do it at least with Damus.)
Noticing some activitypub crossposting here that I don’t remember seeing last time I was here. Then again I don’t think I checked for moss photos here either and that’s where I’m seeing it.
Since a lot of people are trying a lot of platforms this year, this may be one of them. I posted this elsewhere yesterday but if you ever set up a Spoutible account, you need to change your password. If you connected to Mastodon or Bluesky, you should revoke tokens and passwords to this platform. Pretty serious list of lost data: #spoutible #infosec #socialmedia #haveibeenpwned
Well that’s interesting - I KNOW I posted a car photo here and had a conversation off of it awhile ago now and I don’t think it was a conversation I deleted but I’m not seeing it. I will try looking for it other apps later to see if it’s just this one being weird on me at the moment.
Sooooo #Nostr outside the US question - is this US dominant at the moment? Earlier I had my VPN pulling fastest location which for some reason was in England. This seemed to mean all 11 relays I normally have had me blocked. Semi- related question: do any of the relays have status pages should there be something that takes them out? It took me a minute to realize it was my “location” cutting me off. But what if some malware takes out large numbers of relays?
So let’s see … is there an #indesign community here at all? #adobe #adobeindesign Yeah I know there’s open source alts. I’ve just spent 25 years with Adobe for the print design world and I know so much of it backwards and forwards. It’s the collaboration stuff they’ve added that I’m poking at and it’s seeming kinda “really? this UX is … eeee” for a pro tool.
