I’m selling my rental properties for Bitcoin.
I’ve been considering this move for some time, and the timing now makes sense.
I accepted an offer on one and expect to close in a few weeks. The other one will be listed in early 2026.
I bought my first rental in 2018, believing they would play a major role in my path to financial freedom. But in 2020, I discovered Bitcoin. Over time, my conviction in Bitcoin’s asymmetric upside has only grown.
Now, I see more potential in a portfolio of Bitcoin and Bitcoin-related assets than in holding rental properties. So, it’s time to make the move.
The level of interest in my house tells me investors won’t stop buying rentals anytime soon (or ever), but in my opinion, the writing is on the wall.
The time to commit to #bitcoin is now.
