600 reps in & my thoughts are

"Who's the fucking idiot who came up with this shit?"
Woke up today thinking i need to get back to my 100 push ups a day routine....
Realized that challenge is over 3 years old now. (For me)
So i did 250 reps instead
100 push ups
100 reps of abs (5 different variations)
50 squats
This difficulty adjustment about to jump so
Tomorrow starts 1000 rep days

I've delayed reading this book from 3 years ago.
Now I'm diving into it on the WiM pod...
