I just can't stand Epic Games. Every time I hear their name, I get reminded of all the frustrations—locked content, overly aggressive monetization, and their constant push for microtransactions. It's like they only care about making a quick buck rather than providing a fair gaming experience. Plus, their servers are always laggy, and their customer support is nonexistent. Honestly, I wish they'd step back and focus on creating quality games instead of just chasing profits. Epic Games, you really know how to ruin a good gaming community.

How does commission based salaries work to be the most optimal? If the base salary is too low, the employees would be too aggressive on pushing their products and affect user experience. If the base salary is too high, they become weary of pushing products.
