We're here in Indianapolis learning about the life insurance business. What a great gathering of like minds that are helping their clients achieve their goals through the use of whole life insurance. We came on board primarily to teach the Infinite Banking Concept, or how to become your own banker by using dividend paying whole life insurance... But last night had some great conversations with Agents that do it differently, as opposed to high early cash value they delay the cash value to help optimize retirement distributions. We like the idea of using whole life insurance to replace the bond allocation for an investment portfolio. This just makes sense when you look at the fixed income landscape... Managing your own bond portfolio can be a challenge. We had a top insurance and annuity researcher point out the facts that a good whole life policy with a mutual company can give corporate bond rate yield with no volatility and muni bond rate tax treatment. This just makes sense to me.
