b) unit conversion between Imperial & Metric units + FĀ°/CĀ° conversion; so to localize recepies better.

I'm close to calling Bull on the "delayed gratification is the key to success" trope. Hear me out..
Actuall success is about getting things done. Putting energy on delaying gratification gets in the way of that.
What you actually want it feeling gratification doing the things that matter. That's way stronger than delaying gratification.
For business purposes I would like a payment terminal that freezes X% of the satoshis in stable-sats and keeps the rest in regular sats. This because taxes is owned on the value of the commodity at time of purchase.
So it would make things more handy if one could just offset the tax payment directly and freeze it's volatility.
Maybe this would be neat to have directly incorporated in a @BTCPay Server terminal / app.
