I almost gave up at 4k because there was gas trapped in my pathways which was making it very hard to breath. So, I adjusted my breathing to cope up with it, as well as rested in-between, until I burped it all out. 😂
I still don't know what's causing it though.

This is likely what's happening to my account since December 21, 2025. I am not receiving any emails from Bluesky PDS (2FA and change email) for a week now. I'm just relying on not-yet-expired sessions.
For services that expires within a week like Rocksky, I can no longer use it. 😭😭😭😭

It's a week already and I'm still waiting for a 2FA email to get sent. I can't login to #ATproto services because of this #bug.
Lessons here:
1. Do NOT use email-based 2FA
2. App password login is crucial as backup login method
