The #Philippines is many things in both positive and negative. One positive that I'm proud of is our laws and system regarding underage talents: it's the best in Pacific-Asia, maybe even in Asia-Pacific (which includes Oceania).

I didn't bother to read because it's obviously the usual, "… increased by 1 minute".
Here in Pacific-Asia (not Asia-Pacific which includes Oceania), suspensions and impeachment are common. But only in CJK where you'll see them voluntarily step down, even if only temporary for the duration of the investigation.
