Can someone tell them that they forgot to write anything about their headline? Or, maybe, they pasted the wrong headline? [www.ifrc.org/press-releas...](https://www.ifrc.org/press-release/early-warning-systems-only-way-begin-tackling-unprecedented-number-philippines ) I mean, I read it 3x to be sure but there was nothing about "early warning systems". 😅 [Early warning systems only way...](https://www.ifrc.org/press-release/early-warning-systems-only-way-begin-tackling-unprecedented-number-philippines )
Bluesky needs to explain clearly, and in layman's terms, how discovery actually works in The ATmosphere network. I see a lot of "Algorithm posts" (capital A) from new users, and some (at least those I monitored) eventually left because they thought the network is dead. 🖖🏽
There's also another issue with mutelists and blocklists: people using automation tools that auto-add accounts following the accounts the curator doesn't like. Why is it an issue? 1. Not everyone who follows is on the side of or endorses that account. They could be monitoring that account.
This, most especially subscribe-able mute list and blocklist. It's actually a surprise that abuse of it is not being talked about. As I said in another thread a few days ago, create your own moderation list instead of subscribing. Subscribing puts you at the mercy of the owner's criteria & sanity. RE:
Yet another new #Feed from yours truly! This is for my kababayans (countrymen): «Philippines Top Likes 3H» It's a feed based on #Philippines related keywords and my Filipino.mega userlist. It lists posts based on the number of Likes that was posted no more than 3 hours. [bsky.app/profile/did:...]( ) RE:
This 👇🏽 Use "feces" if you want. Just don't be toxic and rude. RE:
Someone told me I supposedly invaded someone else's house and told them what to call "post". Another argued they were here first. Well, the owner of the house, and the builders of the house, have been telling them otherwise but they won't listen. I, of course, blocked them. No room for toxicity. RE: View quoted note →
Wow! I haven't heard/read pure Tagalog language for two decades until now. (Not counting reading books and documentaries, of course). In the Filipino language, it goes like this: * kamakatlo = "sa ikatlo" or "sa ikatlong araw" * samakalawa = "sa ikalawa" or "sa ikalawang araw" RE:
Newly opened south extension of the oldest light rail transit in the #Philippines. RE:
I created a new #Feed, this one is for comics, manhwa, manga, webtoon, webmanga, webmanhwa, and webcomics. Currently keywords–based. [bsky.app/profile/did:...]( ) It's through it that I discovered there's AudioManga / MangaDrama / vManga (like AudioHook, RadioDrama, vlogger). RE:
