Welp, it happenedβ¦ I clicked the "reply" icon on someone's post in the Following feed and I started typing the reply, and I noticed a moment later I was typing into the void, because the compose dialog didn't open (and just brought me to the (empty) thread instead)β¦ π«
I don't know what it says about me that when I see a notification on the DMs, I'm really hoping it's "Listifications tells me that someone blocked me again" and not "someone wants something from me" π«
I find it fascinatingΒΉ that there's this belief on the Fediverse that we're on Bluesky specifically because we're not nerds or idealists, we don't believe in all these things, and because we only care about "reach" (as if we wouldn't be on X/Threads if we did)β¦
